Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery for any reason. If you need to exchange your item for a different size or style please also contact us as soon as possible. Your refund will be issued immediately, however may take up to 10 working days to clear.
We strongly recommend that when returning an item that you receive a proof of posting receipt as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
All goods returned should be in saleable condition and include the original paperwork and packaging.
These terms apply to your order. None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way.
